Project Management for the establishment of ALU in Rwanda;
• Elaboration of execution plans for ALU Campus in Kigali Heights;
• Interior construction:
o Partition walls construction
o Electrical installation
o Audio-visual system design, sourcing, installation and configuration
o Access control sourcing and installation
o Furniture assembling
o Plantscaping design and installation
• Operations consultancy for six months (Vendors management, contract management, stakeholders’ relation management, facilities management, student residences preparation)
