A medium size swimming pool, a gym, a zen garden, an intelligent irrigation system and a wooden deck rooftop are part of the features of this project.

Tunga Kalisa (Project Director) dimensioned and mobilised all the resources (earthmoving equipment, trucks, topography station, human resources) needed to successfully complete this assignment.
Jack Mugo (Landscape Architect) led the landscape studies as well as the execution of the project.
