Brief description of the project:
This project consisted in the excavation and evacuation of 60,000 m³ from Kigali Convention Center. Green Space mobilised the following earthmoving equipment:
• 2 Caterpillar Buldozer D6;
• 3 Caterpillar Excavators (330,325 and 320);
• 3 Caterpillar Wheel loaders (966, 950 and 924);
• 20 Trucks of a capacity varying between 14 m³ and 21 m³
Key Staff involved and their Roles:
Tunga Kalisa (Project Director) dimensioned and mobilised all the resources (earthmoving equipment, trucks, topography station, human resources) needed to successfully complete this assignment.
Jack Mugo (Project Manager) ensured this assignment is completed within the budgeted time, cost and quality.
